A new method for rapid correction of "three concentric" on ring spinning frame
The "three concentricity" of ring spinning frame requires that the center line of steel ring, spindle and small inner hole of guide hook be on the same vertical line, which is the requirement of coaxiality of the three. The state of "three concentric" has a great influence on the hairiness, minimum strength and evenness of yarn, especially on the breakage rate at 1000 spindles.

If the "three concentric" adjustment is not good, the yarn breakage will be increased greatly, resulting in the increase of cot flower amount, the reduction of production rate and the increase of cotton consumption; it will also cause the occasional defects such as flying, increase the workload of car stop workers, reduce the number of stands and increase the cost of per ton yarn. Therefore, how to correct "three concentric" quickly, efficiently and accurately has become the practical demand of textile enterprises.
There are two methods to realize the "three concentric" correction: 1) the traditional line type correction method, which is time-consuming and laborious, and the effect is poor; 2) the correction method using the new "three concentric" calibrator is convenient, fast and high precision, which is worthy of promotion.

Alignment of spindle and ring by striking spindle
Before knocking the spindle, the steel ring plate must be corrected: it is required that the steel ring plate is always in a straight line relative to the lifting position of the spindle rod, and the steel ring plate of the whole vehicle is in the same horizontal plane; the steel ring must be firmly fastened without loosening and skewing; the lifting of the steel ring plate should be flexible, without vibration and jamming.
Lift the steel ring plate to a certain position and fix it. Take the center of the steel ring as the positioning reference, set the special tool xg26 of the steel ring and spindle alignment gauge onto the spindle rod after starting up, so that the top surface of the tool spacing plate is flush with the top surface of the steel ring, and observe the rotating spacer plate (the diameter is 0.8 mm ~ 1.0 smaller than the inner diameter of the steel ring) Mm) and the inner diameter surface of the ring, and the part with small clearance represents the skew direction of the spindle. By using special tools such as xg33, the clearance between the inner diameter of the steel ring and the center gauge spacing plate is uniform and consistent, so that the ring and spindle are coaxial.
To correct the coaxiality of spindle and steel ring by knocking spindle method, the following points must be correctly understood: the coaxiality of spindle and steel ring refers to the whole lifting process of steel ring plate; before knocking the spindle, the hemp hand and shaking spindle should be removed. If the spindle runs unevenly due to spindle bending or spindle bearing wear, the alignment of the spindle will be affected; before striking the spindle, the spindle should be vertical, that is, to ensure the level of spindle and steel ring The spindle must be vibrated, that is, the spindle foot nut should be loosened to 80% ~ 90%, then the spindle should be knocked, and then the nut must be tightened to avoid moving.
Correction of coaxiality between guide hook and spindle by plumb hammer method
After the spindle is aligned with the steel ring, it is usually used to correct the coaxiality between the guide hook and the spindle by means of a plumb hammer. First of all, check that the yarn guide plate has the same height, flexible swing and no looseness, and ensure that the deviation between the yarn guide hook and the spindle center is not more than 0.5 mm. Secondly, check that the lifting rod of yarn guide plate (commonly known as "lamb foot bar") can be lifted and lowered flexibly, otherwise, it is necessary to correct the lifting rod to make it vertical. Thirdly, thread hammer is inserted into the guide hook, so that the yarn attached to the surface of the guide plate is perpendicular to the long direction of the guide angle iron, so that the hanging hammer point of the yarn on the guide hook and the contact state between the real yarn and the guide hook are exactly the same. Adjust the long position of the yarn guide plate on the yarn guide angle iron (left and right movement) and the in and out position of the yarn guide hook on the yarn guide plate (forward and backward movement), so that the hammer point is aligned with the center position of the spindle top, and the yarn guide plate and yarn guide hook are fixed to ensure that their positions are fixed. After that, start the machine and check the status of the air ring, and adjust the skew air ring in time to eliminate the skew spindle and backward spindle, that is, calibrate the "active air ring".

Fig. 1 the new "three concentric" calibrator is used as follows: close the spinning frame, make the steel ring plate sink to the bottom, pull out the tube yarn and expose the spindle; install the level meter into the calibration tool, press the level meter slightly, and press the calibration tool into the spindle gently (as shown in Fig. 2); observe the bubble direction of the level meter, adjust the verticality of the spindle, and use the method of padding copper sheet or paper for adjustment, The verticality of all spindles of the whole trolley can be adjusted at one time; after that, take down the level gauge and install the yarn guide hook positioning device (as shown in Fig. 3); lift the steel ring plate to make the inner hole of the steel ring contact with the positioning slider; adjust the height of the yarn guide hook positioning device so that its tip can be inserted into the yarn guide hook; loosen the screw of the cleaner pressing plate to make the steel ring in a free state; press down gently with one hand Slide block to make it fully contact with the inner hole of the steel ring, tighten the pressure plate and screw of the cleaner with one hand; take out the tool and complete the debugging.
