Yarn hairiness is the main defect of ring spinning. It not only affects the appearance quality of ring spinning yarn, but also affects the appearance, hand feeling and loom efficiency of the fabric. Controlling and reducing the hairiness of ring spinning yarn has become one of the problems to be solved in ring spinning production. Therefore, it is very important to reduce yarn hairiness in spinning process, and the selection of various new equipment is worthy of attention.
Selection of new type ring and ring

Ring and ring are important parts in the spinning process of ring spinning frame. The matching of ring and ring will directly affect the spinning tension and the friction force between ring and ring. A replacement cycle of ring and ring includes walking maturity period, stable period and declining period.
