FDY introduction

In order to eliminate the luster of the fiber, a section containing anatase titanium dioxide (TiO2) was used to reduce the luster of the fiber. If there is no TiO2 in the slice, it is a glossy filament (or a large glossy filament), 0.3% titanium dioxide is a semi glossy filament and 1% is a fully glossy filament.

If you want to get colored FDY, you can add masterbatch or put the finished yarn into the dye barrel when spinning.

Raw materials for production

There are two kinds of processing materials for domestic nylon FDY filament, one is the mainland production method. Generally, nylon chips are used to process nylon particles and then draw, while Taiwan's production process is directly drawn with nylon chips. Therefore, in terms of technology, Taiwan's manufacturing cost is relatively low and the production process is advanced, and the product quality is more stable, which overcomes the worry of the finished products produced by traditional technology The problem of uneven hair and staining.

With the signing of ECFA Cross Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement, nylon FDY imported from Taiwan can be tariff free, so the price can be the same as that of mainland manufacturers, so there is a competitive advantage.

FDY is mainly used to make ropes, wires and belts. Among them, 200D, 390d and 780d are the unique specifications of Taiwan FDY nylon yarn. Corresponding to 210D, 420D and 840D of mainland products, it can be used instead.

FDY nylon yarn specification 200D / 24F × F222 br has the following significance:

200D / 24F, indicating that this is a 200 denier yarn, which is composed of 24 fine yarns.

D stands for denier (denier number), while the mainland is called the size, which is the unit of plan thickness, representing the weight grams per 9000 meter length (with a normal error of 2.5%).

F stands for filment, and the number in front represents the yarn composed of several spinning yarns. The more the number, the better the handle.

#F222 is the production batch number (each machine / slice of each batch). It should be noted that different batches cannot be mixed.

Production batch number is in industrial production. Although the raw materials and processes are the same, the quality and performance of products produced by each batch of materials are different. In order to track the responsibility of this batch of products afterwards and avoid confusion, each batch has a corresponding batch number.

Br represents that it is a bright silk, and its surface will have a good luster when observed with naked eyes.

Polyester silk

Polyester fiber can withstand chemical substances and wash frequently to reduce the fading and discoloration of clothing. Therefore, hotel uniforms, stone blue jeans, sportswear or children's clothing will be made of polyester fiber. In contrast, polyester is stronger than rayon. When embroidering, the machine is running at high speed, and the polyester thread with high toughness can also bear large tension; moreover, its fire resistance is very high; even if the clothing is close to the flame, it is not easy to touch the fire. 1. Primary yarn: UN stretched (conventional spinning) (udy), semi pre oriented (medium speed spinning) (Moy), pre oriented (high speed spinning) (POY), high oriented (ultra-high speed spinning) (Hoy).

2. Drawing wire: drawing wire (Dy), full drawing wire (FDY), full spinning (foy).

3. Deformation wire: conventional deformation wire (Dy), tensile deformation wire (DTY), air deformation wire (ATY).

Among them, DTY draw texturing yarn, also known as polyester low elastic yarn, is the finished yarn after continuous or simultaneous drawing and deformation processing on a machine.

FDY fully drawn yarn. It has nothing to do with the production process, but it is widely spread. As the code of one-step spinning and drawing process, it can be used for low-speed spinning and high-speed drawing and winding. The two processes are completed on a spinning and drawing combined machine. The production cost of this production line is low, the quality of the finished product is stable, the number of broken ends of the yarn is small, and the dyeing uniformity is good.

DTY fiber is curly, FDY fiber is straight.

Identification of rayon, real silk and polyester silk: rayon is bright and glossy, feels a little rough and hard, and feels wet and cold. When it is tightly held by hand, it will be released. There are many wrinkles. After it is flattened, there are still wrinkles. When the cloth is pulled out, it is wet rubbed with the tongue end. The stretch of rayon is easy to break and break. When it is dry and wet, its elasticity is different. Silk is soft in luster, soft in hand and delicate in texture. Rubbing each other can produce special sound, commonly known as "Silk chirp" or "Silk chirp". When it is tightly held by hand, it will be released, with few and no obvious wrinkles. The dry and wet elasticity of silk products is the same. Polyester fiber has strong reflection, large rigidity, rapid rebound, straightness, good wrinkle resistance, strong strength and hard to break.
