Ring spinning:

Ring spinning is the most widely used spinning method in the market. Ring spinning refers to the spinning process in which the drawn fiber strips of sliver or roving are introduced through the ring ring, the winding speed of bobbin is faster than that of ring, and the cotton yarn is twisted into spinning yarn, which is widely used in various short fiber spinning projects. For example, in carding, combing and blending, the steel ring is twisted by the bobbin which is driven to rotate around the steel ring by the yarn. At the same time, the friction of the steel ring makes its speed slightly less than that of the bobbin. The spinning speed is high, and the shape of ring spun yarn is conical helix in which the fibers are mostly transferred inside and outside, so that the fibers are wound inside and outside the yarn. The yarn has compact structure and high strength. It is suitable for yarn making, weaving, knitting and other products.
