1、 Nylon woven fabric styling
1. Setting temperature: 160 ℃ - 180 ℃. Speed: 20m-25m / min.
2. The setting temperature has a great effect on the color, especially purple, pink and blue, so it is necessary to pay attention to whether the color is the same after setting and before setting.
3. The thickness shrinkage of nylon fabric is also different.
4. Nylon fabric is easy to hook when it is finalized. If there is an end-to-end hook in the process of finalization, stop the machine immediately, check the head and tail, bellows, roller, polish with sandpaper, or pad cloth. (such as stockings, netting).
2、 Polyester woven fabric finalization
1. Setting temperature: 170 ℃ - 200 ℃, speed: 20m-28m / min.
2. Generally, the setting temperature of polyester does not change much, but the sublimation fastness of red dye is not good. After finishing the case, the dye will be left behind. Light color can not be made immediately, only black can be made, or light color can be made by using waste cloth for more than a few times.
3. Polyester broach fabric has a large shrinkage, such as good elasticity, small shrinkage, good handle, must be pre-determined, pay special attention to black and white cloth. Red and white flowers, because the dye sublimation fastness is not good, the finished product must be set at low temperature, such as high temperature will seriously stick to the product.
4. Polyester bobbin cloth should be set. Pay attention to the thickness of the middle and side of the cloth. The temperature should be well controlled. It should not be too high. The machine speed should be adjusted slowly. It should be pulled twice. It can reduce the thickness difference between the middle and the edge in two times. The door width is about 6-8 inches less than the finished product, and the weight is about 100g. The second temperature is 5-10 degrees lower than the second temperature. The door width and weight shall be as required.
3、 Design of cotton rayon woven fabric

1. Setting temperature 160 ℃ - 190 ℃, speed: 20m-30m / min
2. If cotton cloth is dyed with direct materials, the cold and hot colors of the cloth will change greatly. The color matching must wait until the cloth is completely cooled, and the active materials will not change much.
3. The human silk fabric is easy to aging at high temperature, and the burnt embryo fabric is easy to snag and tear.
4. The shrinkage rate of cotton is very large. When setting, the feeding tension should be reduced, the pressing pressure should be increased, the cloth should be dried, the hot air blower should be turned to a large speed, and the shrinkage rate can be reduced. If the customer demands high, the shrinkage test should be carried out.
5. If the customer requires that the cloth should not be twisted, it must be twill shaped.
4、 Design of silk woven fabric
1. Setting temperature: 100 ℃ - 120 ℃, speed: 20m-30m / min
2. The setting hot air of silk is reduced and the door width is fixed.
3. Silk is more delicate. When setting, you can't get water and sweat. When pulling cloth, you can't use too much force.
5、 Pu rubber fabric finalization
1. Imported pulp, no discoloration at high temperature, 140 ℃ - 180 ℃. Speed 25m-30m / / min, large gas.
2. Domestic pulp, easy to change color at high temperature, 140 ℃ - 180 ℃, speed 25m-30m / min, big gas.
6、 The design of woven fabric should meet the requirements of weight and door width
1. Make sure to measure the weight and the door width before finalizing. If the difference is too far from the requirements, it is necessary to timely reflect the documentary.
2. When finalizing, we should pay attention to the difference between the middle and the side of the weight and between the pieces.
