How to determine the blending ratio of different quality yarns?

One

Yarn evenness

In the evaluation of sliver drying, the influence of fiber length and fineness on the level of sliver drying is mainly considered, as well as the influence of fiber evenness, maturity, water content, impurity content and short fiber content. Among them, the moisture content of cotton stipulated in China is 10%, the maximum is 12%; the impurity content is 2.5% for sawtooth cotton and 3.0% for roller cotton.

Yarn strength level

When evaluating the strength, the influences of the number of fibers, the length of fibers and the strength of single fibers in the yarn section are considered.

Cost of yarn forming materials

The raw material cost of yarn is calculated according to the mixing ratio of various raw materials in each scheme as the cost evaluation index of cotton blending scheme.

This is a comprehensive evaluation index, which considers not only cost, but also coherence and strength.

Stock

Give a clear answer to the inventory of various raw materials in each cotton blending plan: enough raw materials or insufficient raw materials. Based on this, it is determined whether the scheme can be adopted.

For example:

Oe10s (sliver dry, three section at the USTER level of about 25%, strength of 610n): 35% raw cotton (grade III cotton) + 65% waste (fine drop, chopper, yard number, back flower)

Oe16s (sliver dry, three section at about 25% of Uster level, strength of 380n): 50% raw cotton (grade III cotton) + 50% waste (fine drop, chopper, yard number, back flower)

Ring spinning C21 (strip dry, three section at about 25% of Uster level, strength 436n): 100% raw cotton (tertiary cotton)

Ring spinning C21 (strip dry, three section Uster level about 75%, strength 293n): 100% raw cotton (grade IV cotton)
